Hello, I’m Kaylee!
Licensed Professional Counselor
I am passionate about helping women and teen girls conquer life’s battles that get in the way of living your best life. I believe the foundation for success in therapy is through the therapeutic relationship between the client and therapist. It’s hard to have a successful therapy experience without a great client-therapist fit. We will laugh a lot, and we will get real. I will call you on your stuff in the best way to help you make real, lasting changes. I have a client-centered approach and meet clients where they are to facilitate an environment that fosters growth. I will help guide you toward where you want to be. I help women and teens bring out their inner warrior by empowering them to navigate relationship difficulties, past trauma, poor self-esteem, anxiety, depression, girl/women related issues, cultural difficulties, stress, and life-transitions to increase self-awareness, self-care, mental wellness and personal development.
I am married to my wonderful husband and have a precious baby boy. I enjoy spending time with them and our two fur babies. I love all things wellness and believe wellness is multi-dimensional and necessary for reaching your full potential. I enjoy time in nature, a good Netflix series, self-care activities like a massage or nail appointment and time spent with family, friends and church family. When I am not seeing clients, I enjoy traveling and have been to several different countries beginning at a young age. I also love to try new restaurants throughout Oklahoma. I am a fun and energetic woman who loves to laugh, explore and have a good time!
I graduated with my Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Science with an emphasis on Child and Family Services from Oklahoma State University. I then went on to obtain my Master’s in Clinical Professional Counseling from The University of Oklahoma. I am now a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Warrior Therapy, LLC. As a therapist, I have worked for community agencies, in schools, and private practice. I have experience working with children, teens, adults and families with a variety of challenges including, but not limited to, mood dysregulation disorders, self-esteem issues, abuse, trauma, substance use problems, problematic sexual behaviors, and relationship dysfunction. Throughout my experiences, I found a passion for helping adult women and teen girls. I want to help you bring out your inner warrior and conquer the battles that get in the way so you can live your best life!
