Why Warrior Therapy?

I get it, finding the right therapist can be tough.

I create a welcoming and safe environment for all to explore, navigate, process, and make changes towards bringing out your inner warrior and living your best life. I have a fun, energetic, honest and clear personality and I love to bring that in the session. While direct, I am kind, nonjudgmental and I can hold space for the hard, deep stuff. I believe in meeting clients where they are and bring an individualized approach based on client needs. It is my hope that when you leave our sessions you feel empowered, capable, supported, strong and at peace. Sure, there will be tough moments, but we can navigate it together. Healing can be difficult, and it takes work. Healing is not linear, but a process, and it is my goal to make that process as manageable as possible and help you navigate through it. I will provide you with the necessary tools, support and encouragement that empower you to make real, lasting changes towards living your best life and conquering life’s battles that get in the way. If after the first session you do not feel we are a good fit, that’s okay! You are not stuck with me, but if we are a good fit…we will laugh, grow, bring out your inner warrior and help you live your best life.
